Composition of Earth

What would you find if you went outside and dug a hole into the Earth? What if you kept digging past all the roots, the bugs, and the dirt, and kept digging down further?

Do you think you could make it to the center of Earth? What would you find there?

There are many different layers of Earth that we can see – the ground, the oceans, and the air around us. In this section, we will learn about all of those layers, along with the part we cannot see called the barysphere.
