Plants need sunlight and water to grow, but what if the sunlight is out of the plant’s reach? Will the plant just give up?
In this lesson, first we’ll go outside and observe different plants. By looking closely, we can make guesses about how they get the sunlight they need. Then, we’ll do an experiment to see if plants can actually move to get to the light. This will help us learn about phototropism – a phenomenon that has helped plants survive for millions of years.
